Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Kiniso offer the option to return products under specific circumstances.

At Kinisobd.com, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. To build and reinforce the trust between our customers and Kiniso, we offer the option to return products under specific circumstances. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it, provided it meets the following criteria:
Return Eligibility
- The return request is made within 03 days from the delivery date.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
- If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
- Refund/replacement for products are subject to inspection and checking by the Kiniso team.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Reasons for Returns & Replacements
- Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Size mismatch for clothing (applicable only if the delivered item’s size does not match the size mentioned in the invoice).
- Color mismatch for clothing.
- Wrongly printed clothing (front/back design mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design).
- Wrong product sent.
How to Initiate a Return
Return the product to the courier person while receiving if it meet with any above mentioned returns & replacements condition.
Return Process
- Once we pick up or receive your return, we will conduct a quality check.
- If the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one, or a refund will be processed.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
NB: The Shipment Charge/ Delivery Charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Refund Process
- The refund will be processed after evaluating your return.
- Refund for COD convenience charge and shipping charge/ delivery charge will not be included.
- For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, the refund will be credited to the respective account.
- If an online payment is made again due to a technical error, a payment refund will be initiated.
- You will receive a refund within 7-10 working days. If there is a delay, please contact us at info@kinisobd.com, and we will investigate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within a reasonable time-frame before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return policy will apply.
